Watering-hole Millingdale

Beautiful day again today. Played rubbish golf this morning, but it didn't matter as the sun was shining!

Took Rosie (the dog) for a walk this afternoon, intending to go to Millington Woods but the valley has dried up quite a lot now so we walked along the cattle track at the bottom of the dale.

This pond is a natural watering hole for the sheep and cattle that graze the banks of the dale. Only a couple of moor hens there today, too early in the year for the animals to be turned out.
