Interesting House

Realtor we've been chatting to invited me to see one of his new listings.

Really nice house (just needs some paint inside), ideally would need a proper kitchen (it's good enough for rental), lots of space (1500sqft - which is alot in these neighbourhoods).

But it'll only fetch $25 per sqft!

Odd neighbourhood as well. It's not in the greatest parts of town, usually it's one that we avoid, however, there is a proper entrance to the neighbourhood, all the houses are immaculate (for better a word), there is an active neighbourhood watch, and this house is opposite an equally immaculate park.

Not one for us. But when we see the price we might see if one of our investors will dabble. BUT...it's not really where we our investors want to be.
