Otters on Mull

After a tip off from one of the birding groups at yesterdays BTO course, I slipped out this morning for a sneaky otter reconnaissance trip before catching the ferry home. And how I was rewarded. 2 otters - a mother and her pup perhaps, out on a successful fishing expedition. I have never seen otters in the wild, so to be able to experience this is the biggest treat in the world. What a spectacular day.
