Revolution!!

A first in my house-hold : a man ( Steve ), cleaning my house. Blimey it was filthy-- truly.
I was off at the crack for a 7.40 MRI, a good woman got me there . I've got past managing a taxi.
I got home to a big clean starting------- Chavo sensibly bunked off.
I shall have a long lie down once it's done. I now realise why being in unfamiliar territory is tough--------- I stagger around so much. Caroline insisted on a wheelchair to get us back to the car. I think she was rather shocked to see how physically frail I've got.
Shall I ever get muscle back.
