Ferris wheel . . . . .. testing lights

What I thought was a ferris wheel has still not been unspooled . . . . but they have put up another ferris wheel in front of it, which makes me suspect it is some other ride. Today while I was across the road with the crabs, islands, and sunset, someone began cycling thru the lights on it. Very eyecatching!
Only 4 more days til carnival starts . . . . ... NO new news reported.
