Jubilee Square underway

It seems I am rarely inclined to write much positive about Leicester these days.

But I do feel the development at Jubilee Square, which sees a surface car park removed to make way for a new public square, at the end of the High Street is largely good for Leicester. For me it represents a much needed suppression of the car in the city centre and reallocates space for pedestrians and a much needed open space.
