We built this city...

A busy day at work with very little opportunity for taking pictures. Two children worked together using these mini bricks to build their own little city. So many areas of the curriculum covered with this child initiated activity; problem solving, working together, communication & language, physical development, maths (3D shape), creative development... you get the idea!

This doesn't do it justice, it was fantastic when they had finished and they could tell me about each and every little building. If only it were that simple to build a city in less than an hour. Probably best that it's not...
