Mono Architecture - old shed

Repointing required - perhaps this should be the summer project assuming I have the energy to undertake the task. A side wall was rebuilt a couple of years ago and then using a system of straps the roof timbers were straightened (severely out of true due to spread) and collars added to strengthen and prevent further movement. Now the front to do and a new window to make........
