Chief Secretary's Building
Built in the "Venetian Renaissance" style, the main part of the building was completed in 1880. A fifth floor and dome were added in 1890 in the "Victorian Second Empire style"…so maybe there is an identity crisis going on here!
I personally think is looks pretty grand and is an asset to the city.
