King of the mountains

The skiing has been good in B.C. with lots of fresh snow but unfortunately the "Pineapple Express" came through and the temperatures at all the ski hills have been climbing all week and there aren't many areas below freezing today. So instead of lovely fresh powder we're getting into the freeze/thaw cycle which wrecks the skiing with frozen chunder (as we liked to call it in Aviemore days) or frozen death cookies (as they like to call it in Canada) which is not much fun. So Angus and I went for a hike instead up Mt. Riordan and as always he was ripping and rolling around determined to become one big snowball.
