SLIM JIM
It’s interesting that the animals are so thin and trim here in Florida – as compared to the same species back home in Michigan. (My squirrel blip on 3/7 looks about one-third the size of our squirrels.) I imagine they don’t have quite the appetite in this warm, humid climate as those building stamina to endure the long, cold winter. To me, this male cardinal looks way too thin compared to the beauties up north, but too much weight wouldn’t be healthy for him here.
Busy day today – not much time spent with my camera. I did try to take a photo of the moon – a half moon which showed beautifully in the blue sky while there was still lots of sun and daylight. The results only made me more impressed with those of you who take such interesting, clear shots of the moon. I’ll have to work on my settings before I blip an image of the moon – lots to learn.
