Sunday: Difficult Difficult

Well, the problem with an overwhelmingly beautiful city is where to start when it comes to taking photos?  What can you take that hasn't been done before and that doesn't have masses of tourists in it?  Difficult, difficult.

Anyway, never mind - here I am in Prague for a short one night trip.  I flew here via Munich and got here late afternoon.  Actually, it only takes four hours to drive to Prague from Zagreb so flying here is taking the long way round.

I had a few hours to kill before meeting colleagues for dinner tonight so took a long walk from my hotel down to the Charles Bridge.  The weather has been wonderful today - about 12 degrees and wonderful blue skies.   A perfect day for walking round.

And dinner was excellent too - great food with good company.  I had pork belly, sauerkraut and dumplings, plus Czech beer.  When in Prague........

And flights make for good reading time so have finally finished 'The Underpainter' by Jane Urquhart.  I say 'finally' as it was pretty slow going - not the type of book where you can read a few pages here and there..........
