Congratulations Mike and Leah!

On the 1st March Steve and I went to Carnoustie just outside Dundee, to celebrate the wedding of my University friend Leah to her new husband, Mike.

It was a lovely day and although cold the skies were blue and the sun shone. Sometimes I love that the weather in Scotland is so lovely much to the disbelief of most people south of the border.

We had a wonderful time at the wedding. Not surprisingly I cried - thankfully our friend Claire had tissues at the ready for us.

I always get nostalgic when I spend time with my University friends - we lived together for 4 years, through much exam stress, parties, boyfriends that came and went, youthful drama of life.
