Spent our PE lesson trying to organise an assault course for the school and then we had a few goes round it.
Home dog walk and then I had to dive down to Kelloholm to take their men's group for first aid. Great fun as we were doing serious bleeding and lots of bandaging. Chaos when I showed them the boxing glove bandage. Just as well we'd covered bruises and head injuries!
