Triple crown winners!

Thoroughly good day today :) Got some great harmonies going with Katie at church in the morning, then went out for a run in some glorious sunshine. Unfortunately my knee is now screaming at me, but you can't win everything 'eh?

Speaking of which…England beat Wales in the 6 Nations today. And the actually played well…madness!

Then it was time for a Sunday roast followed by Call the Midwife and the Musketeers.
