Buddha

We went to the Samye Ling Temple at Eskdalemuir - I love it there. It is so peaceful, and I can rest my soul.

I think Buddhism crept up on me; I have a shrine in my office, and meditate with Mala beads, and try to live by Buddhist mantras. I just sort of fell into these pracitces, without conscious thought.

I still eat meat though, so I have a way to go to be a Buddhist!
