Recovery Day

Despite going to bed last night shattered I was up at seven thirty to a peaceful and quiet house.
Having got everything ready for work tomorrow I got Joshua sorted out for his rugby training. What a difference the sunshine makes, I took the forwards for part of the session and with Paul taught them to maul from the line out, be interesting to see if they remember it - after seven years of coaching they still don't tackle!!
Home and a haircut and 'groom', shower, shave and into shorts before heading off to B&Q = timber for 'Big Reds' seating units and Sainsbury's = food for the week. Home and some 'tlc' for the Fusion, after Fridays MOT and repairs it was a clean, hoover and wash.
Then it was time to settle back and watch England dismantle Wales it finished the same way every match, Sevens, Schools, Colts, Ladies and seniors, did this weekend with an England win.
Dinner followed and then the weekend papers with lashings of coffee before an early night.
It has been a great LWE, relaxing and enjoyable.
