Cannock Chase

A drive out today. We went to Cannock Chase. It was full!

Not a parking space to be had anywhere. Not a space that wasn't a parking space to be had either.

We expected it to be busy, but it was something else. Of course, everyone had the same idea. Not knowing the area didn't help. Having no idea where we were going or where the places to stop and park were. Thankfully, we happened upon a space vacated by someone a few seconds before we arrived.

An nice walk around. A few Geocaches found and logged. A few photos taken - a couple more here!

A few more to be done over coming evenings.

At least I had chance to drive topless. Soon discovered that a cap is necessary this early in the year as the sun soon streams into your eyes.
