Just a perfect day

I chose to go out slightly later than is usual on my morning dog walk and it was a beautiful day.  I enjoyed the shimmering spring growth of tree tops in the sunlight, bird song, nest building activity and a surprisingly large number of butterflies.

I got lots of washing dried outside, cleaned the outside of my conservatory and gave the grass the first cut of the year.

A very productive day indeed.
