Budding rhodi

Some fine friends had us round for dinner last night. Their hospitality was generous and that last half glass of port ensured that today would be muted. I made my way gently through a damp driech day.

When we moved to this house, they visited and gave us a gift of a rhodi which I have kept in a pot meantime. It is preparing to flower. Lovely reminder of close friendship.
