Cut and colour

I gave Taekwon Do a miss tonight. I'm back at work now but training would be pushing it a bit. I'll see how I feel on Wednesday.

Jan is round tonight to do Maddy's hair ahead of her Birthday on Sunday.

Not seen her in ages so it's good to catch up.
