The Heat Is On

I'm making good progress with my career as a plumber's mate. Today I have carried out the mysterious activity of 'Draining Down The System.' It mainly consisted of holding a bowl under a radiator valve for rather a long time and was frankly, a bit tedious. There was one exciting moment when I couldn't remember( because I never can) whether to turn the little key thingy clockwise or anti clockwise, but I managed to wing it.

Now the radiators are going full blast and we are going about in T shirts. Well I say going about, it's so small here, you can only take about four steps in any direction before hitting a wall.

We had to pop up to B and Q in Penrith for further supplies and ran into a rare patch of sunshine which contrasted nicely with the gloomy grey clouds behind. These two trees were showing up nicely against the storm clouds I thought.
