Bright, Shiny Things

On such another very wet day in Cumbria I wanted to have a nice colourful blip!

Personally, the day has been great! Had a day in Carlisle taking The Mother for her annual Cardiology appointment. The team there are wonderful! A very attentive friendly senior nurse, then a very caring young doctor. Also the sonographer and the phlebotomist did a great job!

After a long appointment we went into town for lunch and a look around the shops, mum can't get out on her own to shop, but with the wheelchair we can whiz around!

These baubles are decorating the arcade, all the towns decorations are blue and purple, and I JUST LOVE PURPLE!!!!
