Smoking barrels.
Mum can't believe her luck with the weather we've had recently, particularly how things have been back in Britain. Our sympathies to all you have had to endure, good people. She goes tomorrow so we got out early this morning for a last appreciation of the cooperativa and its wonderful oil. Work is still in full swing, with huge sacks of olives arriving all the time. The smell is fabulous.
Sorry, another shot into the light coming over the mountains. I hoiked up the colour, but only to what it really was, with the smoke from litter fires all round the valley.
I'm going to miss mum a lot. She has to get back to her garden and concerts though and a trip to the dentists. Boo!
