Sunday Roast

I love to cook a roast, which doesn't happen too often when you live alone, but a friend is coming for dinner today so the best cutlery and glasses can come out! My collection of Waterford Crystal started when GP & I got married. We used to buy each other one glass every Birthday and Anniversary until we got a set of every one. They get used even though they would cost a fortune to replace nowadays. Somehow wine tastes better from a nice crystal glass don't you think?
