The Wall

In 4 weeks I run in the Brighton Marathon. Today's training run took me along part of the course that runs from Hove Lagoon to Shoreham Harbour, behind the power station and whiffy sewage station.

This is where folks (hopefully not me) will most likely hit the wall. What a cheery place it is.
