Happy Shove Tuesday

Ive been so, so busy this week I haven't had a chance to blip, let alone upload.

This is very belated as its actually Sunday now!

I hope those that can, enjoyed their pancakes. I know my sister didn't as she has a bad allergy to wheat, buckwheat and corn flour! She has just discovered that quite a lot of the wheat free flours contain buckwheat so we need to find other options! Any ideas gratefully received
