Carnival

This colorful contraption looks like it will unfold into a ferris wheel.

The carnival business began setting up today for a carnival, scheduled for the next 2 weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun), on a swath of privately owned, conservation zoned land, fronting a very busy highway, with no parking available (expect the domino effect) to benefit a company which says it will donate a portion of the money raised to the high school football team, while in today's paper the high school said it did not want its name used in connection with this carnival thereby explaining why it wasn't being held at the high school. There are so many unanswered questions that the community feels this has been sprung on them and hasn't anyone thought this thru?
