No easy task

Normally there is very little activity at this building. Today I saw a Lexus drive in; the kind of oversized vehicle that is a) unnecessary on the streets of Phnom Penh and b) never remotely affordable on a Cambodian government salary.

I wouldn't recommend eating or drinking anything as you drive past this building - you may well not be able to refrain from choking at the irony of its existence.
