IN THE SPOTLIGHT...

... being a really top clear day thought I would try another shot at the dragonfly on the water..... but not to be!

However, this little dragonfly was hanging about, and it looked good with it's blueish tinge. Then thought I would have a tinker on the computer and used a radial filter in Lightroom to "put it in the spotlight"!!

Have a look at the backview as well.

UPDATE:... thanks to our Blip "bug" expert Dave we have a confirmed ID on our little fella....

It is a Dragon Fly Libellulidae (Blue Skimmer male).
