Washington Heights Staircase

Took the A TRAIN up to 181 street and walked up through Fort Tryon Park. Staircases like these are all over this part of the city as well as up in the western section of the Bronx. Many times streets just end @ staircases making it extremely hard @ times to give directions to motorists :)
