Sweetness and light

This is my aunt's cat, Mia. A beautiful looking creature - and I say so as a dog rather than a cat lover.

She sat calmly in her bed today as I looked at her and stroked her - carefully.

I proceeded cautiously since the other day Mia bit my aunt suddenly and badly. As my aunt is blind she could not anticipate what was about to happen or what might have caused the unusual reaction.

I checked out Mia for any signs of a wound or something that might have made her react this way. But nothing.

She just looked calmly at me, purring gently.

I remain a dog-loving person!
