Oh, Snap.
Snapper. I'm realizing that we're eating a lot of seafood this week. Especially with more to come over the weekend.
Amanda saw these cuties at the store and decided to cook em up, heads and all. These were baked in the oven with red peppers, lemon grass, and some olive oil (or something).
They were very bony and hard to eat. But very delicious.
