Mussels
One of my favorite things to eat out is Mussels. I love the many ways these things are cooked and the broth to dip bread in.
I cobbled together a recipe tonight that involved orange zest, white wine that was sitting in the refrigerator for a couple months, some tobasco, garlic, and onion. It turned out pretty good. Next time, though, I'm going to work with lemon grass.
