Just the three of us

Helen went to Dawn's baby shower today which left us three together. This can sometimes be a daunting prospect when you are not used to it. However it was a lovely day. Arthur had a nap and Annie was bouncing around. WhenArthur got up we went off to the park in the warm early spring weather. As usual, Arthur wanted to go in the slide again and again. Annie lasted about 15 minutes before getting grumpy so we set off for home and some milk.
Arthur is now at that stage where he understands cause and effect. This comes to the fore when he throws something at Annie and then looks most upset when she bursts into tears. They are both lovely children.
