Wallflower

We returned to Parkrun today after a few weekends away. I felt better than the last time I ran but still only managed 32 minutes which I'm disappointed with. Tony scored a PB as did pal Verity, yay!

When we returned home it was time for jobs so both bikes had a good clean and lube after the muddy Skipton ride, then I washed the living room windows which were a disgrace! Must be a while since Martin the window cleaner came round. Tony disappeared to the allotment to do some pre-season clearing and so I took the nifty fifty up there this afternoon in search of colour. I like the shapes and colours on these wallflowers.
