Pencils?

To make the most of the lovely weather myself and Lucy went on a walk this afternoon. Our route took us beneath this interesting structure. We've never really been sure what it's meant to be. It looks like a stack of pencils but also has the feel of a tepee. Whatever, I wanted to blip it.
