Sponsored cycle ride

Today Ben cycled to Shoreham and back, a journey of about 13 miles all told, to raise money for Lepra. This was taken on the Adur Ferry bridge, just after lunch and before he set off for the return leg. I think he really enjoyed it.

Amelia and I, however, took the train and met Ben and Marc for lunch. A gentle mooch around Shoreham was really pleasant in the gorgeous sunshine.
