Both Barrels

Barrels is a bit of an overstatement obviously, they're 1 gallon plastic 'demijohns'. I normally make wine in 5 gallon batches but I decided to get a couple of small fermenters today and two 1 gallon kits. Chablis Blush and Californian Sauvignon Blanc. Less cost effective but less bottling in one go, and I can rotate four of these on the heat mat instead of 1 5 gallon container at a time.
