Attention Grabbed

I was up in Dundee the other day, where i was given a copy of that venerable local comic The Beano. Today I passed this on to my nephew Jude, to his apparent delight.
However the delights of the comic were not the attraction. On the front of the issue was a gooey, rubbery green arm and hand on a stick. This was quickly formed into a moustache, a headband and all manner of other objects in a matter of minutes.
I don't know what happened to the actual comic.
