Diraz Mosque

We've been trying to get computer s repaired and also to get data retrieved from a failed hard drive. So as we hadn't heard from either shop we'd taken comps and hard drive to, we decided to go and check on how things were going. The first shop said he couldn't retrieve the data because it was a hardware problem so he suggested another store in Diraz. So we went first to the store that had our laptop to see if that was ready. Got caught up in huge traffic jam....again! So decided to turn off the highway and go through the villages behind hmm.....well those who live here will know, took us a while to get through but managed, then still ended up in two dif traffic queues for the usual reasons! Anyway they are still working on the laptop so went to find the shop in Diraz. The man was very helpful and spoke perfect English, so we shall see if he manages it. All my photos from the first 3 years we lived in Florence are on this hard drive so really hope he can do it. The shop is right opposite this beautiful mosque. The details in the mosaics are truly stunning, just have to pick the "right" times to go there!!
