Not sure quite why, but I really liked how battered these boxes were in the Oriental shop at the bottom of our road. Went in for a few bits & pieces to make sushi on Valentine's and found these. Craig's a bit obsessed with sharpening knives. He used to work in kitchens for 5 years, so hates how dull our knives get. He's had a few different sharpeners but not these ones. Might go back and buy one.
