Wonderful light on the beach this morning! I loved it.

I had a visit from the Earthquake Recovery team yesterday - yes, another one. This was one with a difference though. All going well, the house repairs could start within 6-8 weeks! Unbelievable really, after 3+ years. I've got my fingers crossed that EQC will approved the costings when they're completed; that's the last hurdle. If they don't, the job will go back to the Insurance co. I've certainly got my fingers crossed that this time the repair will happen!
