"ten pins"

If I ever needed a day at home to just enjoy being at home, today was that day!

From a lazy morning baking cakes with mum, to a short breezy walk under clear blue skies at Castle Archdale to try out her new camera with the main aim of achieving 'water-blur'! We had company along the way from the deer and a small robin who was quite happy to sit in a tree and sing to his heart's content while we took his photo!

Tonight I challenged my cousin David and Aunt Jenny to a game of bowling. During this challenge I learnt 2 things - (1) David is scarily tall now and makes me feel very small, and (2) I am a very consistent bowler - score, no score, score, no score :( I did manage to make 2 strikes, but I was absolutely rubbish! More practice needed before Round 2 at Easter!
