Wingspan!

Today we have driven down to Stratford on Avon for the wedding of our middle son tomorrow. I dropped Mrs AMK at the shops and stopped at a parking spot a few miles from Stratford on the banks of the river Avon and enjoyed the sunshine and the balmy 15C temperature - quite a difference from the cold wet conditions we left in Scotland.
These geese spent a long time preening themselves and then the one I assumed to be the male decided to dry his wings in this majestic display.
