Splat!

Pancake day! Ours was a bit of a disaster as we tried to make thin pancakes with an American pancake mix. No matter how much fluid we added, the consistency just wasn't right. Fortunately the mixture still tasted pretty good so I wasn't too disappointed - it's all a learning experience!
