Another view from a coffee shop. One of the least frustrating times today.

Mum: 'I was saying yesterday to your gran that my cupboards are bare and I really need to get shopping in.
Me: Is that a hint that you want to go to the supermarket this afternoon?
Mum: Mmm...
Me: I take it that answer is a yes?
Mum: Well, mmm, yes.

This really pisses me off, why can't she just say 'do you mind taking me to the supermarket. I am more than happy to do it, instead of going through this rigmarole every time! Aaargh!
