It's a phenomenon!

That was how a local ferryman described a patch of blue sky today!

Between phenomenons we had snow, hail, wind and rain.

Fun Friday was a bit flat at work today, think we were all tired.

But there were some Friday highlights ~

Cuddling a baby panda,
A walk round the North Pier with the dog behaving perfectly while on the lead,
And listening to my Mindfulness students talking about their Mindful moments over the past week,
Being aware that I have taught them:-)
Fish and chips, and wine tonight!
