DANIEL WITH HIS SERNIK Z PIANKA

I was rather early for my Blipmeet with 13South so popped into The Larder House in Southbourne for a quick coffee.

Daniel, a young Polish man, called in to promote his Sernik z Pianka - or to those of us who don't understand Polish, Polish-Style Cheesecake.

Syd, who was busy making toasted sandwiches invited the customers to try some and we all gave it our seal of approval. It wasn't too sweet and the meringue on the top was soft and fluffy - delicious!

I will be bringing Mr HCB back here for sure - the Pulled Pork Baguette sounds amazing!
