Meet Matilda!

Charlotte is celebrating World Book Day at school today. She has chosen to go as Matilda, which I knew would be her choice as soon as we got the letter! One very excited child today! Although reception class had been asked to dress up as skeletons for their Funny Bones topic. That's too boyish for my daughter apparently!

I've also been for a run this morning! It's to save myself for the calories I'm gonna consume tonight on our date night! We have a nice bottle of red and homemade lemon drizzle cake! A healthy starter and main at least!

Got to scrub the house now! My dad is coming down tomorrow! We have lived here over 5 years now and he has never been to visit! It's a very big deal for me!
